The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer and Agreement to Dedicate Road to result in a <br /> forty-two (42)foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Manthey Road to the property line <br /> across the parcel's frontage. (A$350.00 fee currently is required for processing per Development <br /> Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and a legal description of the parcel to <br /> be offered for dedication.) (The fee due will be based on the current fee schedule.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> 4. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published <br /> by the Engineering News Record.) <br /> (Resolutions 00-433) <br /> 5. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 6. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this development has <br /> met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects.
