MANTHEY ROAD, LATHROP, CA PA#: 03-399 <br /> REPORT DATE: FEBRUARY 17, 2005 <br /> Section Comments <br /> 2.1 EHD observed 17 private commute vehicles parked at the site. Revise the number of <br /> employees to more accurately reflect the work force. <br /> Provide a discussion on barn waste water uses past and present and include description of <br /> mower maintenance, fertilizer use, and pesticide generated waste water. <br /> 5.2 Provide a revised plate # 2 showing the soil profile location. <br /> 6.3 The correct protocol for the percolation test was not followed and no observer REHS <br /> signature invalidates the test. <br /> 6.7 The 7.0 feet to ground water raises the septic system. Provide additional discussion on the <br /> separation of leach lines to ground water. <br /> Nitrate Loading Study <br /> 1.2 Discussion is lacking. No minimum 5 foot separation. <br /> 3.5 Recalculate the nitrate loading and system leach line requirements based on a revised <br /> number of employees.
