In accordance with the applicant's General Plan Amendment and Zone Reclassification <br /> approval,the Environmental Health Department had previous requested a Phase II <br /> Environmental Study of this subject parcel. Per phone conversations with the applicant's <br /> attorney on April 6, and April 10, 2001, it was agreed that the study would be a condition of <br /> approval on the Site Approval. Environmental Health Department requests the Phase II <br /> Study of the tile road base be studied and evaluated for long-term effects on soil and <br /> groundwater. <br />
