The study indicated the land is suitable for a septic system but did not <br /> address nitrate impacts and potential sizing requirements. <br /> Environmental Health Division is not supportive of the General Plan Amendment and Rezoning <br /> as proposed without provisions for public services. Should the rezoning be approved, <br /> Environmental Health Division will require the applicant to further evaluate the current nitrate <br /> groundwater conditions and the impact from the roofing tile that has been utilized as road base <br /> on this location prior to further development. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
