Other requirements may also apply. These requirements may not be <br /> modified. <br /> A. An addendum to the soil suitability/nitrate loading study dated February 28, 2007, shall be <br /> submitted to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD), which <br /> incorporates proposed employee and customer use, and indicates that the area is suitable for <br /> septic(onsite wastewater treatment) system usage. The soil suitability/nitrate loading study <br /> and addendum must be approved by the EHD prior to issuance of any building permit(s). <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$490.00 <br /> must be paid at time of submittal to the EHD. <br /> The onsite wastewater treatment system shall comply with the San Joaquin County Onsite <br /> Sewage Standards. A percolation test demonstrating compliance with the absorption rates of <br /> the Manual of Septic Tank Practice or USEPA Design Manual For Onsite Wastewater <br /> Treatment and Disposal Systems is required for each parcel. A percolation test permit fee of <br /> $98.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. Revised site plans must be submitted to the EHD showing the maximum number of <br /> employees and customers for which the sewage(onsite wastewatertreatment) system is being <br /> designed. The revised site plans must show that the leach field area will be barricaded so that <br /> it cannot be driven over,parked on,or used as a storage area. In addition,the revised site <br /> plans shall show a leachh field replacement area equal to 100%of the designed disposal area. <br /> The leach field area shall only be used for that specific purpose,and it may not contain any <br /> underground utility lines(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> C. A water supply well shall be constructed under permit and inspection of the E14D prior to <br /> occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per <br /> year, or should the number of service connections exceed four,a small public water system <br /> permit must be obtained from the EHD(San Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9- <br /> 1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> r <br />
