Other requirements may also apply. These�uiiremerts may not be modified. A. An addendum to the soil suitability/nitrate loading study dated February 28,2007,shall be submitted to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(Ek1<D),which incorporates proposed employee and customer use, and indicates that the area is suitable for septic(onsite wastewater treatment)'ystern usage. The soil suitability/nitrate loading study and addendum must be approver)by the EHD prior to'issuance of any building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development'Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$490.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the EHD. The onsite wastewater treatment system shall comply with the San Joaquin County Onsite Sewage Standards. A percolation test demonstrating compliance with the absorption rates of the Manual of Septic Tank Practice or USEPA Design Manual For Onsite Wastewater Treatment and Disposal Systems is required for each parcel. A percolation test permit fee of $98.00 per percolation bole is required. B. Revised site plans must be submitter)to the EHD showing the maximum number of employees and customers for wbicbthe sewage(onsite wastewatertreatment)system is being designed. The revised site plans must show that the leach field area will be barricaded so that it cannot be driven over,parked on,or used as a storage area- In addition,the revised site plans shall show a leach field replacement area equal to 1000/9 of the designed disposal area. The leach field area shall only be used for that specific purpose,and it may not contain any underground utility lines(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-111.0A(c)(5)). C. A water supply well shall be constructed under permit and inspection of the EHD prior to occupancy. Should the number of nonresident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year,or should the number of service connections exceed four,a small public water system permit must be obtained from the EHD (San Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9- 1120.2 and 9-1115.9.).
