Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> 1. If a sewer main exists within 200 feet of the nearest property line and it is feasible to do so, (:t-I 49i 3� <br /> connection to the public sewer system is required. Destruction of the existing well under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health 1 z I Q <br /> Division is required. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and / <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. This ° <br /> system must be designed by a registered engineer. Hazardous waste testing is required at <br /> the time of disposal of any waste generated from the holding tank or facility. Specific testing <br /> requirements can be obtained from the Environmental Health Division. A$156.00 plan check <br /> fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> 5. If hazardous material is stored on site, the applicant must register with the County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> 6.
