APN: 173-040-03 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. In addition, the existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance <br /> Studies, which delineate flood risks, floodplain and floodway areas, are currently being reevaluated. <br /> The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, <br /> Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California 94129-1250,telephone(415)923-7186. The <br /> reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks. The official flood maps are available for review at the <br /> Department of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated <br /> when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Mariposa Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 84 feet. Section Avenue has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width <br /> of 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1.
