State law requires that land use <br /> ° <br /> MANTECA, within airport areas of influence must conform to the Airport Land Use Plan (ALUP). <br /> RIPON. <br /> STOCKTON, The site approval application for an 8,500 square foot maintenance facility for a mobile crane <br /> TRACY, <br /> falls just within the Conical Zone of the Stockton Metro Airport's Area of Influence. This is based on <br /> AND <br /> YNE COUNTY OF the description of the project location at APN/Address: 1711-300-09: 2373 S. Mariposa Road, <br /> SAN,O.IQVIN Stockton. Few restrictions are necessary for projects that fall in this zone. However, all proposed <br /> projects must adhere to the standards outlined in the 1993 amended Airport Land Use Plan. The <br /> standards pertinent to all development in the Conical Zone include, but are not limited, to the <br /> following: <br /> ➢ The use of non-reflective materials,transmissions, and visual distractions to pilots; <br /> ➢ Residential uses are permitted if insulated to reduce interior noise to a level no higher than 45 <br /> dB; <br /> ➢ An avigation easement is recorded in favor of the Airport Operator; and, <br /> ➢ Proposed schools that are to be located within a 2-mile radius of an airport must undergo a <br /> review by Caltrans Division of Aeronautics and the State Department of Education. <br /> In addition,the property owner should be aware of the potential need to file FAA Form 7460- <br /> 1 entitled Notice of Proposed Construction or Alteration. This form can be accessed from <br /> www.faa.gov/a[p/ace/faafonns.htm and sent to FAA, P.O.
