MARIPOSA ROAD (APN 171-300-09) (SA-01-39) <br /> The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and offers the <br /> following comments: <br /> 1. The owner/developer should dedicate as needed within the limits of the project to provide <br /> a 110' roadway section (55' half section) on Mariposa Road. Frontage improvements <br /> including, but not limited to, curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveway installation, pavement widening <br /> and street lighting should be installed prior to occupancy of any new buildings/structures on <br /> this site. Should installation of these improvements prove not practical due to existing <br /> physical constraints, the owner/developer should enter into a Deferred Improvement <br /> Agreement whereby the owner/developer agrees to install the required improvements at <br /> such time as it is practical. <br /> 2. All vehicle parking and traveled areas should be paved to ensure no tracking onto the <br /> public roadway. <br /> 3. All off-site improvements shall conform to City of Stockton Standard Plans and <br /> Specifications. <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to comment on this application. <br /> JAMES B.
