There does not appear to be any major problems associated with the proposed construction as shown. A building permit will be required and the appropriate submittal documents prepared by a registered engineer or licensed architect shall be submitted for complete review and approval. The Building Division has reviewed the site plan and project description and has noted the following issues that must be addressed.
