The legal <br /> descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, <br /> qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors' Act, or a <br /> Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b. Provide proof that the shop building located on the new property line has been removed. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: (Staff Contact: Richard Hieb, 468-3059) <br /> a.
