A revised <br /> request for a General Plan Amendment and Zone Reclassification to <br /> change the map designation of two (2)parcels from Limited Agriculture <br /> (AIL)to Limited Industrial (I/L), and change the zone from Limited <br /> Agriculture(AL-10)to Warehouse Industrial (I-W), and expand the <br /> urban limits of the community of French Camp. Parcel one(1)is the <br /> western 0.9-acre portion of a 2.25-acre parcel, which is bisected by <br /> Interstate 5. Parcel two(2)is a 2.78-acre parcel on the west side of <br /> Interstate 5. The underlying project for the amendment to the 3.68 acres f <br /> is trailer parking. Located on the west side of Manthey Road, 179-feet <br /> south of Mathews Road,west of French Camp (APN: 193-170-28 &29; <br /> Address: 37 West Hurd Road, French Camp). <br /> Jennifer Jolley,Associate Planner, and Steve Malcoun,attorney for the applicant,were present for this <br /> item. <br /> Ms.Jolley introduced the project. Ms.Jolley reviewed the Community Development Department memo. <br /> Mr.Norgard reviewed the Environmental Health Division requirements. <br /> 10:30 a.m. 4. MAJOR SUBDMSION APPLICATION NO. Located on the northeast corner of Bandt Road and <br /> Jack Tone Road,Lockeford(APN: 019-060-29; Address: 13751 E. <br /> Brandt Road,Lodi). <br /> Jennifer Jolley,Associate Planner;John Tague,Livermore Acres;Terry Piazza and Josh Elson, <br /> Baumbach&Piazza; Mike Hakeem, attorney; Ernest Pestana,owner; Tom Dumas and Mike Higgins of <br /> Caltrans,were present for this item. <br /> Ms.Jolley introduced the project. Ms.Jolley reviewed the Development Committee memo. <br /> I <br /> Mr.Terry Piazza asked if the Community Development Department is planning on making all the items <br /> on the Air Pollution Control District a requirement. Mr. Martin indicated that the Community <br /> Development Department has not determined if that will be their recommendation.Mr.Martin indicated <br /> that when the revised Tentative Map is submitted, and referred out,then the Department will schedule <br /> another Development Committee meeting to review the recommended conditions for approval. <br /> Mr.Piazza indicated that Environmental Health Division conditions were standard, and Mr. Norgard <br /> agreed. <br /> Mr.Higgins reviewed the Department of Transportation (Caltrans) conditions. <br />
