Ms.Mueller stated that the Site Plan submitted showed two signs. <br /> Ms.Mueller indicated that she spoke with Mr.Hib and he informed Ms. Mueller that the signs were <br /> bulletin boards,and that they would not be requesting anymore signs. Ms.Mueller asked if that was <br /> correct,Mr.Hib indicated yes. Ms.Mueller asked if there were any questions regarding the screening <br /> and the masonry wall.Mr.Hib indicated no. <br /> Mr.Norgard reviewed the Environmental Health Division's requirements. Mr. Campbell indicated that <br /> there was a previous permit on the destroyed well. Mr.Norgard asked him to contact the well builder and <br /> provide the Health Department with the information. Mr. Campbell also indicated that there had already <br /> been a nitrate loading study of the project site. Mr.Hib indicated that the study had been in 1995 or 1996. <br /> Mr.Norgard indicated that the applicants should contact Mr.Borges of the Environmental Health <br /> Division and give him the information regarding the previous study. Mr. Norgard asked the applicants to <br /> contact Adrienne Ellsaesser prior to final occupancy approval to determine if the facility will need to be a <br /> Public Water System. <br /> Mr.Neely reviewed the Department of Public Works requirements. The applicants were concerned about <br /> the requirement for a traffic study for the proposed project because they thought traffic issues had been <br /> worked out with the sheriff. Mr.Neely indicated that they should contact Mike McDowell with Public <br /> Works Department to discuss the traffic study. <br /> 2:30 p.m. 8.
