RR <br /> PHONE NUMBER: (209) 468-3455 <br /> RE; SA-01-49,Attention Leanne Mueller <br /> 2584 East Mariposa Road, Stockton <br /> The Environmental Health Division has the following concerns on this pre-application that need <br /> to be addressed: <br /> A. Prior to the issuance of any building permits, sewer facilities shall either be bonded for or be <br /> in place, as evidenced by a letter from the serving entity(San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1100.3(d)). <br /> B. The applicant shall provide written confirmation from the water providers that improvements <br /> have been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any improvements <br /> required by the agency. The written confirmation must also show that the agency has or will <br /> have the capacity to serve the proposed development. Said written confirmation shall be <br /> submitted prior to the issuance of a building permit(San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1120.2). <br /> C. Destroy the abandoned and existing well(s)under permit and inspection by Environmental <br /> Health Division as required prior to final occupancy approval (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e)). <br /> D. Open,pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division(San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> E. Submission of three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Division for <br /> review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s) (California Health and Safety <br /> Code, Section 113915). <br /> F. Submission of four(4) sets of detailed underground storage tank plans to the Environmental <br /> Health Division for review and approval prior to beginning construction. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
