(DISTRICT 1) . <br /> APPLICANT: Indra and S. Yadav APN: 173-070-34 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the <br /> existing San Joaquin Count and City of Stockton Flood Insurance <br /> Studies , whish delineate flood risks, floodplains and floodway <br /> areas, are currently being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being <br /> conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, <br /> Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California 94129-1250 , <br /> tele hone (415) 923-7186 . The reevaluation may delineate <br /> additional flood risks . The official flood maps are available <br /> for review at the Department of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton <br /> Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the <br /> reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Mariposa Road has a variable existing right-of-way width and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of the same. For future right-of-way <br /> information regarding State Highway Route 99, please see Caltrans . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1 . Encroachmentpermit shall be required for work within <br /> Mariposa Road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145 .4 and 9-1145 . 5) <br /> 2 . The driveway aproach shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements o San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to <br /> issuance of the occupancy permit . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145 . 5) <br /> 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development . The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application.
