CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1600009 (LA) <br /> OLDCASTLE PRECAST, INCJSIEGFRIED <br /> Lot Line Adjustment application no. PA-1600009 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on April 7, 2016, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> This approval will expire on October 7, 2017, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if <br /> required by the Land Surveyors' Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Rick Griffin, [209]468-3154) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment among four parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated January 22, 2016. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: All parcels shall meet the following lot size and lot width criteria: <br /> (1) All parcels shall be a minimum of ten thousand (10,000) square feet in size. <br /> (2) All parcels shall have a minimum lot width of one hundred (100)feet.
