Mr. Essin of the Solid Waste Division informed the applicants of the required Solid Waste Plan. Mr. Essin <br /> provided the applicants with recycling forms, and reviewed the forms with the applicants. <br /> 10:30 a.m. 3. SITE APPROVAL APPLICATION NO. SA-01-4 OF DANIEL LOWRY/DIEDE <br /> JF CONSTRUCTION (C/O DILLON & MURPHY/JOSE ALVA). A Site Approval <br /> application to develop a 10.7 acre lot into a charter school. Phase One includes a 40, 800 <br /> square foot K-5 school with 350 students and 20 faculty. Phase Two includes a 66,000 <br /> square foot 6-12 grade school with 20 faculty and a 15,000 square foot auditorium. <br /> Located on the north east corner of Cora Post Road, and Highway 99 East Frontage <br /> Road, Lodi (APN: 059-160-79; 11492 N. State Route 99 E. Frontage Road, Lodi). <br /> Jeff Fisher, Associate Planner; Randy Reeves, Diede Construction; Jose Alva and Cecil Dillon; co applicants <br /> were present for this item. <br /> Mr. Fisher presented the project. <br /> Mr. Fisher informed staff that Mr. Dillon has submitted a Noise Study, Biological Study & Tree Study, which <br /> Mr. Fisher will apply to the project. Mr. Fisher indicated that the major issue today is going to be the Traffic <br /> Study. Mr. Karam indicated that the Traffic Study would be finalized in a couple of days, and that he gave the <br /> applicants a copy of the Final Draft. <br /> Mr. Fisher discussed the Planning Commission hearing date and the twenty (20) day minimum posting of the <br /> Initial Study requirement. Mr. Alva agreed and indicated that he would like to move the Planning Commission <br /> hearing to the next available date. <br /> Mr. Dillon said he mentioned at the pre-application meeting that there was no public water, and he spoke with <br /> Mr. Dalton and he said they could use a static system. Mr. Fisher said that he would check with Mr. Dalton <br /> about the public water issue. <br /> Mr. Dalton informed Mr. Fisher that Phase I indicates that the square footage of the school building is 40,800- <br /> sq. ft. and it should be 33,294-sq. ft.. <br /> Mr. Huggins reviewed Environmental Health Division's requirements. <br /> Mr. Van Buren informed the applicants and staff that the Planning Commission hearing has been reschedule for <br /> June 7, 2001, which will be in three weeks, (later changed to June 21, 2001). Mr. Alva indicated that would be <br /> fine. <br /> Mr. Essin of the Solid Waste Division informed the applicants of the required Solid Waste Plan.
