(Resolution <br /> R- 00 -433 ) <br /> 2 . The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this application . The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application . The fee will be based on the current schedule at the <br /> time of payment . (Resolution R- 06 -3 8 ) <br /> 3 . The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development . The fee is <br /> due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit . The fee will be based on the current schedule <br /> at the time of payment . (Development Title Section 9 - 818 . 4 and Resolutions R- 91 - 3271, R- 94 - 185 and <br /> R- 97 - 5 ) <br /> 4 . The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate Road to result in a fifty five ( 55 ) foot wide <br /> right- of--way from the centerline of Mariposa Road to the property line across the parcel ' s frontage . The Waste Discharge Identification (WDID ) Number issued by SWRCB shall <br /> be submitted to the Department of Public Works for the file . Coverage under the SWRCB General Construction Permit Order 2009 - 0009 -DWQ <br /> shall be maintained throughout the duration of all phases of the project . <br /> 8 . All new construction and the substantial improvement of any structure in the area of Special Flood <br /> Hazard shall be elevated a minimum of two feet above the highest adjacent natural grade . <br /> 9 . A State Central Valley Flood Protection Board ' s Encroachment Permit shall be obtained for work done <br /> on Duck Creek, South Branch channel and within 304eet from the top of its banks . <br /> Informational Notes . <br /> ( i . ) A Solid Waste Diversion Plan for all applicable projects must be submitted to the Building Division <br /> of the Community Development Department prior to issuance of the building permit .
