MARIPOSA RD (APN 179-160-18/19/20) PA-0400764 (GP)/PA-0500135 (ZR)
The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application
and offers the following comments:
1. Should the San Joaquin County approve this request and require this
development be served by City of Stockton Sewer lines and/or treatment
facilities, and if the site's land use is consistent with the City's General Plan, the
property owner shall be required to apply for a City of Stockton Outside Sewer
connection and shall be required to annex to the City of Stockton, or sign a
deferred annexation agreement if the property is not deemed contiguous to the
City, and pay the applicable fees. Further, the owner/developer shall be
responsible for all costs involved in the extension of the sewer main to serve this
parcel, as required, to meet City standards. This may include the extension of
the sewer main across the entire frontage of the property.
2. The proposed development lies within the boundary of the South Stockton
Community Facilities District 90-1 (Sewer District) and is not currently annexed.
As a condition of receiving City of Stockton sewer service, the property owner
must annex to the District (sign the CFD 90-1 MOU) and pay the District
annexation fee (currently $9,701.67/acre based on the acreage as determined
by the legal parcel size) prior to recordation of the parcel/subdivision map,
or building permit issuance. Please contact Dennis Merkel in the City of Stockton
Stockton Permit Center at (209) 937-8546 for further details. helawd
141Ck
