PA- <br /> 0400764 OF DON LAWLEY (C/O MICHAEL HAKEEM) (APN: 179-160- <br /> 18, 179-160-19, 179-160-20) <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced General Plan Map Amendment Pre- <br /> Application to amend the General Plan designation of three parcels totaling 5.25 acres, <br /> from R/L (Low Density Residential) to I/L (Limited Industrial). <br /> The project site is located on the southwest corner of Mariposa Road and Carpenter <br /> Road, southeast of Stockton. <br /> Eu <br /> he project site contains two single family residences. The property owner is currently <br /> nder enforcement for operating a variety of businesses without permits and for <br /> onstructing buildings without permits. No land use permits have been approved for the <br /> businesses currently located on the subject properties. <br /> The General Plan designation of the project parcels is R/L (Low Density Residential) and <br /> the zoning is R-L (Low Density Residential). <br /> General Plan Amendment <br /> Development Title Section 9-803.4 states that prior to approving a General Plan <br /> Amendment application, the Planning Commission and the Board of Supervisors shall <br /> determine the internal consistency of the General Plan is maintained in the adoption of <br /> the Amendment. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed General Plan <br /> Amendment Pre-Application and offers the following comments: <br />
