21Airport Land Use Commission <br /> 2. Within the AIA, ALUC review is required for any proposed object taller than 100 feet <br /> AGL. <br /> 3. Regardless of location within San Joaquin County, ALUC review is required in addition <br /> to FAA notification in accordance with Code of Federal Regulations, Part 77, <br /> (https://oeaaa.faa.gov/oeaaa/extemal/portal.jsp) for any proposal for construction or <br /> alteration under the following conditions: <br /> a. If requested by the FAA. <br /> b. Any construction or alteration that is more than 200 ft. AGL at its site. <br /> c.
