(Supervisorial District 1) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Lakhbir Singh Mahil <br /> ADDRESS: 4806 E.Mariposa Road, Stockton APN: 179-160-20 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Emergency Agency Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Mariposa Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 110 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for all work within road right-of-way. (Note: Driveway <br /> encroachment permits are for flatwork only—all vertical features, including but not limited to fences,walls, <br /> private light standards, rocks, landscaping and cobbles are not allowed in the right-of-way.)
