Mariposa Road, Stockton APN: 179-220-04 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> 'The site is not currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Mariposa Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and is within the Stockton City Limits. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for any incremental traffic resulting from this application. <br /> The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> July I of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record. (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> 2.
