CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1700018 (LA) <br /> FRENCH CAMP PROPERTIES LLC/KJELDSEN, SINNOCK&NEUDECK, INC. <br /> Lot Line Adjustment application No. PA-1700018 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on March 21, 2017, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> This approval will expire on September 20, 2018, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be <br /> recorded prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of <br /> the resultant properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and <br /> forwarding to the Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be <br /> prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land <br /> Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> 2.
