State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees the sewage <br /> disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be <br /> driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that <br /> specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines.A minimum septic system for <br /> a commercial business in this are is a 1200 gallon septic tank and 240 feet of leach line. A <br /> commercial business requires 100%replacement area to be reserved for future repairs. <br /> 1) Destroy the abandoned well under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> 2) Construction of an individual domestic water well under a well permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> 4.AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: <br /> a. Emissions generated during the construction process are of concern to the District. The following <br /> dust control practices shall be implemented: <br /> 1) Water trucks and/or sprinklers shall be used during periods of construction to control dust. <br /> 2) Vehicles leaving the site during periods of construction shall be clean to prevent dirt and mud <br /> being tracked on adjacent streets. <br /> 3) Trucks carrying construction materials shall be covered. <br /> 4) All internal combustion engines in construction vehicles shall be maintained and properly tuned <br /> b. It is the responsibility of the applicant to notify the District in writing with respect to the actual date of <br /> construction/grading one week prior to said activities. The applicant should use file no. SA-91-10 in <br /> the communication to the District and under the attention of the Planning Section. <br /> c. Projects shall designate a person or persons to maintain adequate record keeping of mitigation <br /> measures, if applicable for the Air Pollution Control District staff in making scheduled or <br /> unscheduled inspections. <br /> 5. BUILDING DIVISION <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance <br /> Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance requirements will be applicable <br /> and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection <br /> Division: <br /> 1) Exterior wall less than 20 feet from a property line shall be of one-hour,fire resistive construction. <br /> 2) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements. <br /> b.
