A Maintenance Agreement to ensure that the following road segments are maintained to a condition acceptable <br /> to San Joaquin County shall be executed by the applicant: <br /> • McDonald Road from parcel to Inland Road, and <br /> • Inland Road from McDonald Road to Highway 4, and <br /> • Holt/Cook/Trapper/Whiskey Slough Road from McDonald Road to Highway 4. <br /> Provide a video tape showing the condition of the above referenced road segments, and review the condition of <br /> these road segments with the Department of Public Works prior to the start of excavation. <br /> 4. Loads on all public roads shall be required to be legal loads only.(Street and Highway Title Section 10-2350) <br /> 5. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. (Development Title Sections 9- <br /> 1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 6. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee may be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time <br /> of building-pemiik improvement plan application. The fee currently is$201.50 per trip-end in the Delta area. <br /> The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News Record. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this development The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of improvement plan application The fee currently is$830.00 per 1,000 equivalent gross square foot <br /> of building The fee is based on the current schedule.
