Brown property which is needed because of a
change in the proposed construction site from that planned
on Parcel No. 5 back in 1991 . The overall project reported
on in my Soil Suitability Study Dated June 7 , 1991 covered
separating out of a larger parcel of about 324 acres , seven
parcels of about 40 acres each and a remainder parcel of
about 44 acres .
Submitted for your review and consideration are the
results of a Soil Profile Study, on Parcel No. 5 only, of
the Ernest K. Brown property located at the north end of
McIntire Road (25291 McIntire Road) , westerly of the
Mokelumne River Fish Installation, near the City of
Clements , in San Joaquin County, in the State of California.
SOIL PROFILE TEST:
One ( 1) soil profile hole was excavated on Parcel No. 5
on March 12 , 1993 and is shown on the attached "Parcel Map" .
The excavated soil profile hole was four (4) feet wide,
eleven ( 11 ) feet long, and eleven ( 11 ) feet deep.
The shape and dimensions of the additional soil profile
hole on Parcel No . 5 , identified as Soil Profile Hole No. 3,
are shown on the attached "Soil Profile Sheet" . The location
of the additional soil profile hole of this study, Soil
Profile No. 3 , is shown on the attached "Parcel Map" .
The nature and character of the soils encountered at
various depths in excavating the soil profile hole covered
in my June 7 , 1991 Soil Suitability Study, as well as the
additional soil profile hole, Soil Profile Hole No. 3 , of
this study are shown on the attached "Soil Profile Sheet" .
The soils encountered in the additional soil profile
hole on Parcel No. 5 of this study were found to be
representative of the soils encountered previously in Soil
Profile Hole No. 1 , also on Parcel No . 5 ; so no changes in
the septic systems outlined in my Soil Suitability Study,
dated June 7 , 1991 are recommended.
MS-90-79, Parcel No. 5 Ernest K.
