The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. <br /> The fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. (The fee currently is <br /> $492.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building designated as Office. The fee shall be <br /> automatically increased on January 1 of each year through the year 2005 at the rate of <br /> 7.66 percent. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327, R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 5. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 6. Stop control shall be installed at the driveway entering onto McKinley Avenue. <br /> 7.
