As the subject project site is located within the current Sphere of Influence of the City of Lathrop we wish to provide comments on this referral. The City of Lathrop Community Development Department would continue to request that we be provided with a copy of the Initial Study/Negative Declaration(IS/ND) and any associated studies prepared for the project. While a copy of the Initial Study was as previously requested by our Senior Planner in April(after we received this project referral), as of this date,we have not yet been provided with a copy of the requested document, or been advised that it has been completed. The City of Lathrop is.concerned that a Negative Declaration ibeview eing proposed for said the project and that the City of Lathrop has not been given an opportunity document. At this time we do not know if IS/ND includes an analysis section relative to traffic d. The City believes a and circulation and/or if any necessary mitigation measures are include Traffic Impact Analysis/Study must be performed to analyze potential project traffic impacts on Roth Rd. from McKinley to 1-5,the Harlan/Roth Rd. intersection, and the Roth Rd./1-5 on/off ramps.
