SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) All storage of materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be enclosed by a screen six (6) to eight (6) feet in height. Items stored within one hundred (100) feet of a dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two (2) feet above the adjacent screen. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[e][1]) I. SIGNS: Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be included on the Site Plan. (4) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, Standard 10-1, of Volume 2- (5) Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations hazardous to life or property. Section 105.2.1) n BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: (1) The proposed use will change the occupancy from an unknown occupancy to a BIS-1 occupancy(UBC Section 3405). The structure must be brought into compliance with all current code provisions including structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, energy, and disabled access requirements.
