SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All storage of materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be enclosed <br /> by a screen six (6) to eight (6) feet in height. Items stored within one hundred (100) feet of a <br /> dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two (2) feet above the <br /> adjacent screen. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[e][1]) <br /> I. SIGNS: Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be <br /> included on the Site Plan. UNIFORM FIRE CODE: The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Community Development Department for a building permit. <br /> (1) Fire flow hydrants will be provided for the proposed project by the use of NFPA 1231 of the <br /> National Fire Code. <br /> (2) Fire department.access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the California Fire <br /> Code and the standards adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> (3) Key Boxes: A Knox Box shall be installed in accordance with the local fire department's <br /> instructions. <br /> (4) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, Standard 10-1, of <br /> Volume 2- <br /> (5) Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations hazardous to life or <br /> property. (C.F.C. Section 105.2.1) <br /> n BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans <br /> before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) The proposed use will change the occupancy from an unknown occupancy to a BIS-1 <br /> occupancy(UBC Section 3405). The structure must be brought into compliance with all current <br /> code provisions including structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, energy, and disabled <br /> access requirements. <br /> (2) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements(C.C.R.,Title 24). <br /> 2.
