Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot he <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability sutdylnitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage must be performed prior to issuance of building pennii(s)or final appoval as required <br /> by Section 9-1105.2(d)of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading <br /> study is required and a review fee of$445.00 must be paid at time of submittal to <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the ort site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual flor onsite wastewarer treatment and disposal <br /> System is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: The study is to address the proposed use of the existing septic systems and provide a <br /> determination of the proposed usage. <br /> B. The existing wells shall be destroyed tinder permit and inspection by Environmental Health <br /> Division (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e)). <br /> C Construct I water well under permit mud inspection of the Environmental Health Division <br /> prior to occupancy.
