VR-99-2/SA-99-53 <br /> Page 2 <br /> C. All liquid and solid poultry wastes and vector problems associated with this poultry operation <br /> are to be retained on the premises so as not to cause a nuisance or a health problem (Porter- <br /> Cologne Water Quality Control Act, Chapter 4, Article 4, Section 13260-13263). Any <br /> complaints that are verified against this site will be charged the Environmental Health <br /> Division hourly rate (578.00) for response and correction as per Board of Supervisors <br /> Resolution B-92-1591. <br /> D. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division, (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> . The domestic well shall be put back into service prior to occupancy. <br /> E. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported to <br /> an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5- <br /> 2400. <br /> F. Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of all demolition material from <br /> premises to an approved landfill site are required in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code, Section 5-2401. <br />
