CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-95-23 <br /> Jagir, et al <br /> On June 7, 1995, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department Approved LA-95-23 <br /> subject to the Conditions of Approval listed below. Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance <br /> requirements shall be complied with prior to the recordation of the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. A 'Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. <br /> A new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b. The new legal description must reflect correct distances with qualifiers to avoid overlaps <br /> or gaps. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. The irrigation well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division (Development Title Section 9-1115.4(e)). The agricultural discharge pipes <br /> utilizing an air gap for backflow prevention shall maintain an air gap equal to the size of <br /> the discharge pipe but not less than six inches. The discharge pipe shall also have two <br /> 1/4-inch slits extending six inches from the bottom of the pipe and opposite each other, <br /> or a backflow device approved by San Joaquin County must be installed. <br />
