A$260.00 fee currently is required for processing, per Development Title Table 9-249.2, in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed, recording fee, legal description of Parcel 1, and an estimate. The estimate and legal description shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public Works and submitted to Public Works for approval. As an option, Public Works will prepare the drawing with estimate for an additional fee of $115.00. (Development Title Section 9- 1100.3) e. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. (Development TRIe Section 9-910.20) f. Any driveway that exceeds 150 feet in length from any public roadway shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of Uniform Fire Code Section 10.207, San Joaquin County Standards F-1 a, F-1b, and F-1c, and the Waterloo-Morada Fire District prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: a. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title, shall be performed prior to approval of the Parcel Map to indicate that the area is suitable for a septic tank system. A review fee of $156.00 is required at the time of submittal to the Environmental Heafth Division. b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to approval of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State approved laboratory. (Development TRIe Section 9-1115.7) C. Construct individual sewage disposal systems on Parcels 1 and 2 under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development. (Development TRIe Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4) d. Construct individual domestic water wells on Parcels 1 and 2 under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development. (Development Title Section 9-1115.3)
