WATER TABLE
The Groundwater Report of San Joaquin County, Flood Control And Water Conservation
District, Spring 1999, shows approximately 120 feet to static groundwater.
USGS MAP (Peters Quadrangle)
The elevation of the area, as shown on the map, is approximately 95 feet. The surface runoff for
the general area is to the south west. Parcel I slopes to the west at approximately 2%. Duck
Creek is approximately 13/4 miles to the south of the site.
WATER TEST
The existing well water was sampled on 5-14-03 and tested by Far West Labs, Inc. The test
results are included in this report and are satisfactory. (DBCP-ND&Nitrates-6.2)
CONCLUSIONS
The percolation test results indicate pits are required. When the on site septic system is installed
in accordance with the requirements of the Sewage Standards, of San Joaquin County and the
system is maintained/used properly, satisfactory performance should result without causing any
health hazard. A filter with riser to grade is recommended to protect the leach field and as a
safety reminder to the owner to pump the tank.
LIMITATIONS
Consultant makes no warranties, express or implied, under this Agreement or otherwise, in
connection with Consultant's services.. Any on site septic system, without proper use and
maintenance, will eventually fail. A Do/Don't septic user information section is included in this
report in the hopes it will reach the new homowners via the developer.
ATTACHMENTS:
A--Tentative Parcel Map
B—USGS Map
C--Assessor Parcel Map
D--Property Detail (3)
E--Water Contour Map
F—Water Test Report
G—Home Owner Tips
3.
