SR33,762
Addendum No. 1
The purpose of this addendum is to include a full size tentative parcel map in the report.
Additional comments are furnished as follows:
As no water was observed in test holes at start of the four hour testing, Procedure#2 was used.
All holes were sleeved. The reference point was the top of the PVC pipe. The size of the SFR's
to be constructed is unknown. No work is proposed on Parcel 2, as this parcel is fully developed.
The drilling results indicate two layers of percable strata. Only two records were found indicating
repairs to the septic systems on Reid Road. Copies of the repairs are included in this addendum
along with a copy of the satisfactory percolation test results of Jun 14, 1995 Permit.
The testing observed and the research completed do not indicate this area to be a problem area
with respect to on site septic systems functioning satisfactorily. The important factor is proper
usage and maintenance.
Earnest F. Smith
APN 183-320-56,57, Por. 58
1.
