The project shall be served by a public sewer collection system constructed in <br /> conformance with the requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Services Division and the Department of Public Works. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1105.2) <br /> 4. The City of Stockton shall verify that the appropriate Right of Service Units for sanitary <br /> sewer have been paid for the proposed subdivision prior to recordation of the Parcel Map <br /> or the payment may be deferred until building permit application with this statement <br /> "Payment for the Right of Service Units will be required at the time of building permit <br /> application" noticed on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1105.3) <br /> 5. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of <br /> the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division and the <br /> Department of Public Works. A "Will Serve" letter from CalWater for water service shall <br /> be required. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1115.2) <br /> 6. This development is subject to reapportionment under the San Joaquin Area Flood <br /> Control Agency Assessment District No. 96-1 (Flood Protection Restoration Project). An <br /> application requesting the reapportionment of the unpaid portion of the assessment, along <br /> with payment of the reapportionment fee, shall be provided prior to recording the Parcel <br /> Map. <br /> 7.
