CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> H. & L. TRAVIS <br /> MS-91-102 <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> 1. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. The frontage improvements for Micke Grove Road shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half of <br /> its adopted specific road plan. The frontage improvements for <br /> North 99 Frontage Road shall be constructed in conformance <br /> with the standards for one-half of a 60-foot right-of-way farm <br /> or estate subdivision street. The construction of the <br /> frontage improvements will be deferred, upon execution by the <br /> owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement <br /> or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their estimated <br /> construction costs prior to approval of the Parcel Map. (A <br /> $250 . 00 fee currently is required for processing per Planning <br /> Title Section 9-10502 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed, <br /> legal descriptions of Parcel #1 and #2 , and an estimate. The <br /> estimate and legal descriptions shall be prepared by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a <br /> form to be supplied by the Department of Public Works and <br /> submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval . As <br /> an option the Department of Public Works will prepare the <br /> drawing with estimate for an additional fee of $100 . 00) <br /> b. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be noticed <br /> by a statement on the Parcel Map. <br /> C. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> d. A Parcel Map is required. <br /> e. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> subdivision. The fee is due and payable at the time of the <br /> building permit application. (The fee currently is $2 , 739 . 00 <br /> for each single family dwelling unit in the Lodi area . The <br /> fee shall be automatically adjusted on July 1 of each year, by <br /> the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record) . <br />
