If transit service is not currently available, but is planned for the <br /> future, appropriate easements should be reserved to provide for future <br /> improvements such as bus turnouts, loading areas, and shelters. <br /> ♦ Sidewalks and bikepaths shall connect the project area to neighboring residential <br /> areas. <br /> Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
