It is recommended that the <br /> traffic study be completed prior to submitting the complete <br /> application. <br /> If the project is approved, the following conditions of approval <br /> may be recommended : <br /> Use Permit Application No. ^C was approved by the Planning <br /> Commission on ^C. The effective date of approval is ^C.
