Include weddings, banquets, outdoor <br /> activities (e.g. youth baseball) , fund raisers (e.g. car <br /> washes, bingo, meals) , youth groups, Bible study, etc. <br /> 5 . Discuss the hours of operation, including hours of <br /> activities and schools. <br /> 6 . Estimate trips per day and trips during peak hour. Will <br /> people be arriving for one event as others are leaving from <br /> a previous event? <br /> 7 . Discuss surrounding agricultural operations, both on and off <br /> this property, so that staff can review potential land use <br /> conflicts. <br /> Traffic Studv <br /> The traffic study required by the Department of Public Works <br /> shall be completed[, and subsequent conditions of approval shall <br /> be prepared, prior to approval. It is recommended that the <br /> traffic study be completed prior to submitting the complete <br /> application. <br /> If the project is approved, the following conditions of approval <br /> may be recommended : <br /> Use Permit Application No. ^C was approved by the Planning <br /> Commission on ^C. The effective date of approval is ^C. This <br /> approval will expire on ^C, which is 18 months from the effective <br /> date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been <br /> complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been issued and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and <br /> ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the <br /> establishment of the use and the issuance of any building <br /> permits. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified, and <br /> other ordinance requirements may apply. <br />
