The revision would <br /> extend the time frame for the completion of Phases 2 and 3 from seven years to twelve years. <br /> The current Condition 1.b. states: <br /> 1.b. APPROVED USE: This approval is for a church facility to be constructed in three phases over <br /> seven years as shown on the Plan submitted March 19, 1999. <br /> (1) Phase 1 shall include a 14,400-square-foot administration /midweek ministry building and <br /> 100 parking spaces. <br /> (2) Phase 2 shall include a 12,000-square-foot multi-purpose building with a seating capacity of <br /> 550.An additional 160 parking spaces shall be provided. <br /> (3) Phase 3 shall include a 24,000-square-foot worship building with an expanded seating <br /> capacity of 2,000 and three 6,000-square-foot youth/nursery buildings. An additional 513 <br /> parking spaces shall be provided for a total of 773 spaces. <br /> The revised Conditionl.b. will state: <br /> 1.b.
