A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study which indicates that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage must be performed prior to acceptance of the application, as required by Development <br /> Title Section 9-1105.2(d).A nitrate loading study is required, and a review fee must be paid at the <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on-site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic <br /> tank practice or the EPA Design Manual for on-site wastewater treatment and disposal systems is <br /> required for each parcel. A permit fee per percolation hole is required. <br /> b. Construction of individual sewage disposal systems under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4) <br /> c. State on revised site plans the maximum number of seats the sewage disposal system is being <br /> designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so that it cannot be driven over, <br /> parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose <br /> only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. (Development Title Section 9-1110.4[c][51) <br /> d. A public water system shall be constructed to the requirements of the Environmental Health <br /> Department. The water system shall be shown on the Improvement Plans. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1120.2) <br /> e. Connect to an approved public water system as required by Development Title Section 9-1120.2. <br /> A test well will be required to meet the following: <br /> (1) Water quality shall be tested to meet requirements of the Safe Drinking Water Act, Title 22, <br /> CCR. <br /> (2) Water Quality shall be tested to show an adequate source. <br /> (3) Results shall be approved by the Environmental Health Department and Public Works prior to <br /> final approval of the improvement plans. <br /> f. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed, and transported to an <br /> approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 5-2400. <br /> 4.
