Middle Road Tracy, CA 95304 Tracy, CA 95304 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A Revision of Approved Action request for a previously granted Use Permit application to- revise condition of approval 1.b, to amend the phasing timeline of a previously approved-religious assembly with a maximum capacity of 2,000 people. The revision would allow for full buildout from the previously approved three phases over seventeen years, with an expiration date of June 17, 2016, to full buildout in three phases over twenty-nine years, with an expiration date of June 17, 2027. Phase 1 and 2 have been completed. Phase 3 includes a 24,000 square foot worship building with an expanded seating capacity of 2,000 people and three 6,000 square feet youth/nursery buildings. This parcel is not under a Williamson Act contract. The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum)and the General Plan designation is A/G (General Agriculture). PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the south side of Middle Road, 300 feet east of Lammers Road, north of Tracy. (APN/Address: 212-040-02/13400 W. Middle Road, Tracy) (Supervisorial District 5) ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the Community Development Department no later than June 8, 2016. Comments or recommendations received after that date would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application. The County's Development Committee will review this application on June 15, 2016. If you would like to receive notice of the staff determination for this project, please notify the Community Development Department in writing.
