Middle Road 2050 Main Street, Suite 400 Tracy, CA 95304 Irvine, CA 92614 REVISED PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A Revision of Approved Actions application to revise condition of approval 1.b, to amend the maximum seating capacity, maximum permitted building square footage, and phasing timeline for a religious assembly. The revision will result in the reduction of the previously approved seating capacity from 2,000 people to 1,000 people in Phase 3, and reduction of the permitted building areas from a 24,000 square foot worship building and three 6,000 square foot youth/nursery buildings to a 23,575 square foot worship with nursery building and a 3,250 square foot office in Phase 3. This application will also revise the phasing timeline for the full buildout of the project from the previously approved 3 phases over 17 years, expiring on June 17, 2017, to 3 phases over 29 years, expiring on June 17, 2028. Phases 1 and 2 are already completed. The parcel is not under a Williamson Act contract. The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum)and the General Plan designation is A/G (General Agriculture). PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the south side of Middle Road, 300 feet east of Lammers Road, north of Tracy. (APN/Address: 212-040-02/13400 W. Middle Road,Tracy)(Supervisorial District 5) ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the Community Development Department no later than August 9, 2016. Comments or recommendations received after that date would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application. If you would like to receive notice of the staff determination for this project, please notify the Community Development Department in writing.
