1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of one 240 acre parcel located at <br /> 20589 E. Milton Road, Lodi, California. The project is in an agricultural community and is zoned l <br /> AG-40. The project parcel number is 105-200-03. <br /> Description of proposed development: The purpose of this project is to create three 80 acre parcels. <br /> 1.2 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix). <br /> 1.3 Site Map: (See Appendix). <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 The present owners, Hidden Vineyards, LLC have owned the property for 10+ years. The past and <br /> present use for the property has been used for agriculture. The site will continue to be used for <br /> agriculture. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br /> 3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: The purpose of this project is to <br /> create three 80 acre parcels. (See Appendix) <br /> 3.3 Discussion of on-site septic repair history: There is no history of septic repair/addition. (See J J <br /> Appendix). <br /> 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in the <br /> general area consist of what seem to be standard systems consisting of leach lines and seepage 3 <br /> pits. (See permits in Appendix.) <br /> 3.5 General Area Septic Permit History: In researching permits for septic systems at <br /> _ San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department records,the septic systems in this general <br /> area range in installation dates from 1978 to 2011. (Copies of permits are in appendix.) <br /> _ 3.6 Discussion of General Area Septic Tank Repair History: Repair/addition history of the <br /> septic systems in this area reveals that the leach lines and seepage pits have resulted in consistent <br /> performance.
