AE® ARMSTRONG ENGINEERING
WE DESIGN TO LAST 8& DEVELOPMENT, LTD.
October 17, 1994
William Mendosa
22110 E. Milton Road
Linden, CA 95236
SOIL SUITABILITY STUDY
WILLIAM MENDOSA
22110 E. MILTON ROAD
LINDEN, CA 95236
1. INTRODUCTION
Our firm was retained by William Mendosa to perform a soil suitability study
on the subject property located at 22110 E. Milton Road, Linden, CA 95236. The
purpose of the study was to determine the suitability of the property for septic
tank usage. The study was performed according to the requirements of the Public
Health Service Percolation Test Procedures and San Joaquin County Ordinace.
This report presents the results of our study.
11. PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
The area where the property is located is zoned rural residencial with 2
Acre min9mun lot sizes. The property is being split into three (3) parcels with
an existing residence on Parcel 2, Parcels 1 & 3 will be vacant at this time
until it is decided on the type of residence that would be built on the vacant
parcels or the property is sold to a new owner and the new owner builds.
111. PRESENT AND PAST USE OF THE SITE
Except where the existing residnece is on the property the remainder of the
property has been in pasture for grazing the owners cattle. It is anticipated
that the open area where the residences would be proposed would still allow much
of the land open for grazing and or lawn.
1V. PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE
Currently Parcel 2 is being serviced by a septic system with leach lines and
3 deep pits. Mr. Mendosa has not had any problems with his system since it was
installed. Parcels 1 & 3 would most likely be developed as had Parcel 2 with a
Septic tank, leach lines with three deep pits on each parcel not already developed.
The deep pits are being required more and more in this area due to the hardpan
encounted at the shallower ground in the east area of the County.
1050 EAST SAHARA AVE.,SUITE 4028 4061 FARMINGTON ROAD
LAS VEGAS, NEVADA 89104 STOCKTU-4, CALIFORNIA 95215
(702) 733-8227 HE0*D (209) 463-6077
