1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of a 10.93 t acre parcel located at <br /> 22410 Milton Road, Linden, CA. The APN is 093-040-07 for the subject parcel. <br /> The project is zoned, R/R(Rural/Residential). <br /> ` 1.2 Description of proposed development: It is proposed to create(4) 2.00 acre parcels, <br /> and a 2.93 acre parcel. In accordance with the San Joaquin County Development Title, this l <br /> Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report(SSCR) is being submitted for approval. This <br /> report will investigate the property for visual or historical environmental contamination <br /> based on field observation, interviews with the owner, and county records. Mr. Buckholz has owned the ' <br /> property for more than 10 years. The land use has not changed under his tenure. j <br /> Presently the property is used as a grazing land. The surrounding properties(north, south, east, <br /> and west) are also used for residential use. <br /> The only imminent plans for the property are to split the parcel into (5)parcels. <br /> 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF (� <br /> _ <br /> CONTAMINATION: <br /> 3.1 Methods Used to Research: Methods used to research this parcel were records researched at <br /> the San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office. This search yielded no records. A <br /> review of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health's contaminated site list did not yield l 3 z <br /> any contamination concerns. An onsite survey performed on January 24, 2005 by Mike Toy of <br /> ` Dillon&Murphy, as well as interviewing the present owner, Steve Buckholz on January 24, <br /> 2005. <br /> 3.2 Description of All Past On-Site Potential and/or Known Above and Below Ground <br /> Sources of Contamination Identified at the Project Site: Past on-site potential for <br /> contamination are low. The property has been used as grazing land and a homesite for more than <br /> 10 years. Historically there have been no underground storage tanks.
