An Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate Road to result in a twenty-five(25)foot wide right-of-way from <br /> the centerline of Miner Avenue to the property line shall be required across the frontage of parcels 3 <br /> and 4 and the irrevocable Offer of Dedication shall be made on the Parcel Map.
