The proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan, any applicable Master Plan, Specific Plan,
and Special Purpose Plan and any other applicable plan adopted by the County.
• The proposed Minor Subdivision Map PA-1900100 is consistent with the General Plan, any
applicable Specific Plan and Special Purpose Plan and any other applicable plan adopted by
the County because the R-L (Low Density Residential) land use designation permits the
division proposed. Further, no specific plans are involved.
2. The design or improvement of the proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan and any
applicable Specific Plan or Special Purpose Plan.
• The design or improvement of the proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan
and any applicable Specific Plan or Special Purpose Plan because the design and
improvements meet the minimum standards contained in the General Plan as reflected in the
Tentative Map.
3. The site is physically suitable for the type of development proposed.
• The site is physically suitable for the type of development proposed because all development
requirements contained in the Development Title and all minimum County standards are met.
4. Neither the design of the subdivision nor any proposed improvements are likely to cause substantial
environmental damage or substantially and avoidably injure fish or wildlife or their habitat.
• The design of the subdivision or the proposed improvements are not likely to cause substantial
environmental damage or substantially and avoidably injure fish or wildlife or their habitat
because an Initial Study was not required as the project is exempt from the California
Environmental Quality Act (Article 19 Categorical Exemptions, pursuant to Section 15315 —
[Minor Land Divisions])and a Notice of Exemption will be prepared.
6. The design of the subdivision or type of improvement is not likely to cause significant public health
problems.
• The design of the subdivision or the type of improvements is not likely to cause serious public
health problems because any conditions attached to the approval will address any potential
public health problems.
7. The design of the subdivision or the types of improvements will not conflict with easements acquired by
the public at large for access through or use of property within the proposed subdivision.
• The design of the subdivision or the type of improvements will not conflict with easements,
acquired by the public at large, for access through or use of the property within the proposed
subdivision because if it is found that alternate easements, for access or for use, are
necessary, that these will be substantially equivalent to ones previously acquired by the public.
PA-1900100 - Findings 1
